In general, Global Consulting ensures provision and maintenance of sponsorship for our Client in relation to the awarded Projects through the following services:
- Project Management
- Procurement, subcontracting and logistics Management
- Construction Management
- Assistance in resolving any Technical and Commercial matters throughout Contract Execution.
- Support to obtain and furnish all services with Governmental/ Local Authorities such as construction permits, site access, land allotment, localization issues, translations of documents, third party involvement (if required) … etc.
